  1. Pfft, all this time I thought Chomusuke was some sort of hidden camera that the demon king is using to spy on Kazuma I really thought wolbach somewhat reunited with Chomusuke right after Megumin blasted him with her explosion, cause you know it said that there’s “nothing” left,
    And why the heck we didn’t even get a chance to see the face of the demon king? Like c’mon, I was waiting since volume 16 that his face will be somewhat revealed in the splash arts or in the other chapters

      2. yeah I think the last volume should have 1 prologue 5 normal chapters and 1 epilogue like other volume But it have only 4 normal chapters and the end of the fourth chapter is good but its end to fast I like the way aqua smile and said thank you but huh? is this the end I think it should be clear all the ploblem before the end.

    2. i thought it was bad enough that the author decided to pushed romance into this anime but I had high hopes for a harem, don’t get me wrong normally I ain’t a harem guy but I just don’t see romance working in this anime, every goddamn time Megumin sneaks into Kazuma I got a headache, that shit was too repetitive and boring, since it’s Konosuba I thought maybe the author would actually made a harem possible but that doesn’t seem to be the case after reading volume 12, at this point I’m just praying that Kazuma married both Megumin and Iris bc Megumi just didn’t do it for me for some reason, I LOVE MeguXKazu before reading the novel but now my opinion changed,I swear shit has been a huge filler after Kazuma got teleported and got his memory erased, I don’t mind 2 or 3 chapter with filler but a whole goddamn volume is insane

  5. I hate the love triangle thing, I hate it so much, I mean it doesn’t seem like Darkness view Kazuma as a romantic partner but rather a sex partner. Everytime they end up alone, she always try to have sex while acting all shy and reluctant, which is contradictory for her strong brave knight archetype, if her willpower is so great, couldn’t she just not give in to Kazuma’s provocation or be more decisive about sex? When such things happen, Kazuma would call her lewd, sexy and basically asking her to rape him so he could both have sex with her while playing the victim in Megumin’s eyes. It makes them seem immature and horny, which I think is the point, but the author don’t do anything to fix these flaws. Not for them, not for the entire cast. The characters barely gets any depth, Kazuma is horny, Darkness is horny, Aqua’s outgoing but insufferable. In contrast we have Megumin, who is mature and proud and care a lot about her companions and obsessed with explosions, actually, now that I think about it, it feels like the main character is actually Megumin instead of Kazuma, it’s almost as if the author is trying to make Megumin much more likable than Darkness so that the romance has a clear winner. Anyway, the author doesn’t make any effort to develop any of the characters, despite the enormous amount of flaws that they have. Also, Aqua, even though a member of the main cast, doesn’t get much time to shine, I know near the end she gets her own little storyline but isn’t that too late. All in all, even though I’ve done nothing but criticizing, it’s supposed to be wholesome and funny, which it is. I just don’t get why the author would throw in the love triangle thing at all if he isn’t going to do anything meaningful with it, it’s why I start to notice the light novel’s flaws. I don’t mind being wrong so feel free to correct me.
